Vatican 777 Live Earth Ceremony

Watch Lawrence Bender (producer of bloodfest movie, "Kill Bill") give a Live Earth sermon at the Cathedral of Rome, St. John Lateran followed by an eerie requiem by Vatican composer Michael d'Alessandra on 7/07/07:

This ceremony coincided with the issuance of the motu proprio, Summorum Pontificum relating to the traditional Latin Mass also on 7/7/07. More on that here:

What a concert venue--Wow! Too bad the Tridentine Mass can't be sung there.

Was that the Maestro/Maestra conducting? Creepy. Sounded like a 666 fold Kyrie for the Predator X film score.

Thanks for snooping this one down, Maurice.

While it isn't obvious to Roman Catholics who adopted the new calendar of Gregory, the 7th of July for Orthodox Christians is actually June the 24th on the Old Calendar. This is the feast day of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. Interestingly enough, the feast day for his beheading falls on August the 29th Old Style which is Sept. 11 on the Gregorian calendar. In fact, many attacks and "events" since 9-11 have occured on or around feast days of St. John the Baptist -- Old and New style.
