"There's nothing in Catholic teaching or law that would prevent a group from having a seder meal to teach the faithful the origins of our own Mass, which comes from the seder." (Bishop Edward J. Slattery)
In fact, the Haggadah, the liturgy used at seders, began to be formulated in the Talmudic Era, centuries after Christ's Last Supper. The Haggadah as it exists today--as it is now celebrated in Catholic parishes around the world--dates only to the 13th century A.D. The traditional Mass does not "come from the seder," although it is accurate to say that parts of the Novus Ordo Mass of 1969 do. I doubt that Bishop Slattery wants this distinction to be known. As we have seen from other modern prelates of high position, including the Pope, they want Catholics to believe that rabbinic tradition is an authentic continuation of the religion of the faithful Israelites of the Bible and for Catholics to involve themselves in these traditions. There could be no worse deception than this, as Pope Innocent IV observed, through the rabbis' traditions, they render souls utterly alien from the law and the prophets, a fact which was later documented so thoroughly by Johannes Eisenmenger in his masterwork, Entdecktes Judenthum that no defense, other than censorship and ad hominem, has even been attempted against it.
For this rabbi enabler to be offering a traditional Latin Mass in the place of the sex predator enabler, Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos, is no less a scandal. Protect your children, body and soul, from these treacherous men.

Oh dear! Hoyos snubbed? No problem, he can say Mass at Econe with Bp Fellay as the Acolyte
Bravo, Maurice!
This seder meal nonsense is what happens when one doesn't have the Catholic faith.

Anon, 10:58 is as useless as any sedevacantist or Malachi Martin worshiper.
There is a book popular in traditional Catholic circles, "How Christ Said the First Mass" by Fr. James Meagher. I no longer have my copy but I recall that the author makes use of Talmudic passages to reconstruct and describe ancient Hebrew liturgies. I write this not in defense of Fr. Meagher but to put a warning out about the infiltration of Talmudism within Catholic circles.
Bravo, Maurice!
Thank you for your work and example, Michael.
Maybe they should rename the film, King of the Universe:

I would recommend using the CTRL+F function and searching for 'Universe' to say yourself time.

This book, which is on the shelves of many traditionalists and is still sold by TAN, is terrible.
Fr. James Meagher does the rabbis' work when he tempts souls telling them there are many details missing from the Bible that can be filled in with rabbinic texts. The rabbis have been duping people and gaining undeserved prestige for themselves with this confidence scam for more than 2000 years. They've had assistance from many priests, bishops, popes and Catholic book publishers.
Rabbinic texts are as unhistorical as they are ungodly. To use them as a reference for anything other than what the rabbis teach is folly.
You SSPX adherents will be having a seder experience coming to your local chapel soon if things keep going the way they are.
Better have your matzos ready and make sure they're kosher.
Tragic to say, but there is a storm of Judaizing raining down on the SSPX. Resist it!
Please note "Judaism 101"

Seder Vaticanists!
The Zio-maniacs who run Fox TV are even pushing the "seder meal" propaganda down the throats of America's goyim who watch Family Guy. Recently there was an episode where the wife finds out she's Jewish & wants to return to her "Jewish" roots by having the seder meal on Easter while the pseudo-Catholic husband is visited by the ghost of his Irish-Catholic father, who was a thinly-veiled representation of what these Zio-maniacs want people to believe a traditional Catholic is: hateful & bigoted. It ends with Jesus himself stating that, "I'm Jewish." And that, "Judaism & Catholicism are not that different. They're like two sides of the same coin." It looks like the Judaic infiltration of Catholicism is so brazen that it has gone prime time. What could be expected from a network, which last Christmas season, during an episode of Family Guy no less, put the hexagram in place of the 'O' in FOX on the TV screen.
