Rabbi allegedly told boy to lie

Founder of the Chabad of Colonie accused of sexually abusing 2 boys

Robert Gavin - Albany Times Union

August 26, 2009

ALBANY -- The sexual abuse case against a Loudonville rabbi now includes allegations he repeatedly slapped and kicked one 13-year-old boy and tried to get another child to remain silent.

Yaakov Weiss, 29, founder of the Chabad of Colonie and the Chabad Hebrew School, was initially charged in City Court last fall with sexually abusing the two 13-year-olds in 2007.

He was arraigned Tuesday in Albany County Court on a superseding four-count indictment that includes those charges, as well as allegations he tried to convince one of the two youngsters to lie about the sex abuse to his mother and police.

"Just say nothing happened," Weiss told the child on June 30 on Sycamore Street in Albany, the indictment said.

Weiss, who already faced charges in City Court in connection with the alleged incidents, was indicted Aug. 14. He faces up to one year behind bars on misdemeanor charges that include sexual abuse and child endangerment.

The rabbi pleaded not guilty before Judge Stephen Herrick as his family looked on from the gallery. Freed without bail, Weiss later exited the courthouse, his wife by his side and daughter on his arm.

The indictment contends Weiss took a far more menacing role two years ago.

It alleges that sometime between Jan. 1 and April 30, 2007, Weiss repeatedly struck one 13-year-old on the back on New Scotland Avenue, "knocking him to the ground and then kicked him in the leg."

The court papers say Weiss sexually abused one of the boys in June 2007 and the other between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 of that year. The incidents allegedly took place in a facility at 340 Whitehall Road in Albany.

In both cases, the indictment alleged that Weiss had sexual contact "consisting of placing his penis in contact with said child's buttocks." The incidents allegedly took place inside a pool, called a mikveh, used by some Jews for ritual purification, according to his attorney.

The indictment said one of the boys sought advice from Weiss, his teacher and spiritual leader, on Sycamore Street on June 30 that year.

Weiss allegedly "instructed the child to be untruthful" and to "not tell his mother or the police about an incident where the defendant subjected the victim to sexual contact."

Arnold Proskin, the lawyer for the rabbi, told reporters the allegations are baseless. He said one of the alleged victims is related to another rabbi with a possible ax to grind against his client.

Asked why the case went from City Court to Albany County Court, Proskin said, "Press coverage," adding, ''I'm being serious. There's no advantage (to it)."

Weiss sent an e-mail to the Times Union last October, after being charged, calling the charges "100 percent untrue."

"This has been generated by an individual who has been antagonistic toward Chabad of Colonie from its inception and continues to be envious of continued success," Weiss wrote at the time. "This is his way of getting rid of us."

Weiss moved to the Capital Region from Iowa in 2004. He adheres to a branch of Judaism known as Chabad-Lubavitch, which is known for its work to get Jews more involved in their religion.

In October, Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky, chairman of Merkos L'inyonei Chinuch, the educational arm of the Brooklyn-based worldwide Lubavitch group, told, the Times Union the rabbi was suspended. He added it was in "no way whatsoever implicating him or an admission or a decision of guilt."

They Want Their Psychosis to Be Ours

Noahides of the talmudized West are invited to personally live the psychotic rage of "The Bear Jew" and bash a Nazi's skull in with a baseball bat:

"... everyone is encouraged to nurture their inner soldier by playing Inglourious Basterds: The Game. Pick up your bat and fight like Sargent Donny Donowitz, aka: “The Bear Jew” played by actor, director and writer Eli Roth."

Hollywood Ultraviolence and Sexual Perversion as 'Holocaust' Revenge Medium

There is no forgiveness in Judaism and teshuva (repentance) is never-ending. This psychosis informs media, education, religion and politics in the talmudized West. If it continues much longer it will be our downfall.

Revenge of the Jews, Tarantino Style

Naomi Pfefferman - Jewish Journal

August 18, 2009

... About two years ago, while writing “Inglourious Basterds,” Tarantino asked [Eli] Roth whether Jews believe in the concept of absolution. “The idea of mercy or forgiveness, not in the religious sense, but in a human sense — that’s where my humanity tends to go,” Tarantino said. “When whites held blacks in slavery, they both were in bondage, and both needed to be freed from the system, so that’s where I was coming from in a way.” But, he said, Roth told him “Absolution is a Catholic concept. F—- that. There is no sorry, no forgiveness possible.”

... A good friend of Tarantino, Roth (see story on Page 12) is best known as the director of the ultra-violent torture-porn films “Hostel” and “Cabin Fever.”

... [Roth] invited Tarantino to a seder, to show him how Jews view their historical persecutors. So, in 2007, Tarantino sat at Roth’s Passover table and listened to a discussion of how the Exodus relates to the Holocaust and other world events ...

Eli Roth Fuels ‘BaSterds’ Role With Holocaust Fury

Naomi Pfefferman - Jewish Journal

August 18, 2009

When the extreme horror auteur Eli Roth visited Germany to promote his 2005 hit, “Hostel,” journalists asked how he dared make such a sexually sadistic movie. Roth, now a still-boyish 37-year-old, had already cemented his reputation as one of the most successful directors to push the so-called “torture porn” genre to grisly new heights; “Hostel” pushed it even further with its tale of smug American college students who become the playthings of wealthy sadists abroad. The filmmaker was used to criticism for his over-the-top depictions of impalings, decapitations and blow-torching, but Roth — who has numerous relatives who died in the Holocaust — became enraged when German journalists asked him to justify those grisly scenes. “I said, ‘This movie is nothing but [cinematic] magic tricks, but your grandparents turned my ancestors into furniture. Into lamp shades.’ I went on and on; I couldn’t stop myself. I couldn’t believe they took that kind of self-righteous position.”

Roth’s same righteous fury appears in his portrayal of Sgt. Donny Donowitz, aka The Bear Jew, in Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds,” in which he is perhaps the craziest basterd in a squad of vengeful American Jewish Nazi slayers.

“Donny is a Jewish guy from South Boston who is fighting on behalf of Jews who can’t,” said Roth, who still displays much of the 40 pounds of extra muscle he put on for the role. “He uses his baseball bat to pummel Nazis, so he can physically feel that sensation of cracking their skulls in.”

Tarantino, a good friend, has joked that he deliberately hired the splatter-film director to play a character with a penchant for bludgeoning. But for Roth, the movie proved more than his first major acting role: “It was like kosher porn,” he said. “It was an orgasmic feeling to swing that bat.”

Which is not to say that he didn’t take the role seriously. Because his mother’s family was all but wiped out in Nazi-occupied Austria, and his parents’ friends included survivors of Auschwitz and Dachau, Roth grew up in the shadow of the Holocaust. “We were taught that you do not buy German products,” he said. His mother, a respected painter, and his father, a psychoanalyst and psychiatry professor at Harvard Medical School, encouraged him to read the many books on the time period, and at the age of 8 — the same year he saw Ridley Scott’s horror classic, “Alien” — the budding filmmaker had already read Eli Wiesel’s “Night” and knew all about Dr. Mengele’s medical experiments. “That’s why horror movies always seemed so tame to me,” he said. “I thought it was absurd when people complained about movie violence, because the default in my brain was — what about the Holocaust?

“I never saw violence in movies as real. To me it was always a representation of violence,” he added. “And I couldn’t understand why people got so upset about it when they didn’t seem upset about violence in real life.”

... Roth said he was a polite child, which his parents verified in a Boston magazine article titled, “What’s a Nice Jewish Boy From Newton Doing Making Films Like This?” In it, his psychiatrist father explains, “Eli exemplifies what Plato often said — that the good dream of what the bad do. Basically the imagination handles all uncomfortable impulses and thoughts. In his everyday life, Eli is extremely well behaved…. In his creative work, you see the other side of his imagination.”

Roth began making gruesome films at an early age. “When you live in a safe place like Newton, [Mass.],” he said, “you imagine, ‘What if people came and invaded my home and killed my family? I guess I was extra sensitive to all the horrible things going on in the world.”

Roth’s love for the cinematic side of horror was clear when he persuaded his parents to hire a magician to pretend to hack him in half with a buzz saw — as he shrieked — at his bar mitzvah reception. His cake was shaped like a film slate embellished with dollops of oozing fake blood. Roth said he felt like an alien in the upper-middle-class suburb, where other kids aspired to become doctors or attorneys. When the rabbi at his bar mitzvah announced, from the pulpit, that Roth intended to become a “motion picture writer-director,” the entire congregation burst out laughing. “It seemed to them a freakish thing to do,” Roth recalls, adding mischievously, “Who’s laughing now?”

Roth’s directorial debut, “Cabin Fever,” premiered in 2002 at the Los Angeles Film Festival, where Quentin Tarantino chanced to see it at a midnight screening. Tarantino invited the younger director to watch “War of the Gargantuas” at his home, and eventually became a mentor to Roth and a collaborator on Roth’s 2005 film “Hostel.”

Although many critics have reviled Roth for what they perceive as gratuitous violence and misogyny, others view him as a maverick and see his work as far more thoughtful than, say, the “Friday the 13th” franchise. “Hostel” was inspired by the kind of American arrogance abroad Roth perceived during the Bush administration — as well as the smug entitlement of the privileged suburban teenagers of his youth.

Tarantino also served as an executive producer on the poorly received “Hostel II” and previously hired Roth to act in the “Death Proof” segment of “Grindhouse” (2007).

For “Inglourious Basterds,” Roth also served as Tarantino’s unofficial Jewish technical advisor.

At times during “Basterd’s” six-month shoot in Berlin, life imitated art: When Roth’s parents broke their vow never to travel to Germany and visited the set, Roth was appalled when one of the crew’s drivers sneeringly referred to them as “Juden”; he had to be restrained from beating the man in Bear Jew fashion. Tarantino allowed Roth to shoot “Nation’s Pride,” the propaganda film within “Inglourious Basterds,” which screens at a pivotal moment in the movie. And while acting in the final conflagration scene in “Basterds,” Roth was nearly incinerated when a special effects fire burned much hotter than expected.

In the end, making “Inglourious Basterds” proved healing for Roth. “When we filmed the scenes where I killed Nazis, the German cast and crew were as excited about it as the Jews were — it was like we were killing them together,” Roth said. I remember [the actor who plays] Goebbels saying ‘Yeah — we get to kill those m————- today.’ They were so happy. And they wanted the deaths to be as violent as possible, because they’re tortured by the Holocaust as much as we are.”

"Madonna" Mocks Blessed Mother, Prostrates Herself Before Auschwitz

In Poland, "Madonna" will mock the Blessed Mother of Jesus and then fall on her knees before the 'Holocaust' idol:

Madonna has upset some believers in devoutly Roman Catholic Poland by timing her Polish debut concert to coincide with the day when Christians mark the Virgin Mary's ascension to heaven ...

... As well as her Warsaw concert, the singer is also expected to pay a visit to the former Nazi death camp of Auschwitz in southern Poland where up to 1.5 million people, mostly Jews, perished during World War Two.

Madonna is a follower of the Kabbalah, a mystical strand of Judaism, though she is not Jewish and was raised as a Catholic.

But this is nothing in comparison to Pope JPII who during a visit to Poland mocked Calvary and knelt before Auschwitz saying, "I kneel at this Golgotha of the modern world."

"Elder Brothers" Prepare for Feast Day of their Patron Saint of Genocidal Racism

Vatican Cover-Up of Rabbi Heschel Duplicity

Google books has a preview of the Rabbi Abraham Heschel biography Spiritual radical: Abraham Joshua Heschel in America, 1940-1972 by Edward K. Kaplan which I've referenced HERE and HERE. Kaplan is a devotee of Heschel and therefore apologetic in his narrative of Heschel's outrageous duplicity and anti-Christian hostility which should have been the end of the Judeo-Christian 'dialogue' fraud. Nevertheless, the facts are there, more than enough to ascertain that the image of the "elder brother" and maintaining 'dialogue' trumps the welfare of souls in the Vatican. Pages 266-274 are of the essence:

'Noahide Laws' Ostensibly Against Theft and Murder Rationalize Theft and Murder

Chabad House of Bat Yam is circulating a 'Noahide Law' death threat against individuals and nations that oppose Zionism. What's interesting about this is that the Chabad community of Bat Yam in the Israeli state is wildly messianic, as the language in this "verdict" clearly indicates. So, we can see the dispensational nature of Judaism at work: where Judaism is weak, or in need of non-Judaic assistance in its "hester panim" phase it wears it's false, benevolent guise. In it's strong, messianic phase it drops the benevolent guise and reveals its true tyrannical nature.

The head of the new, messianic Sanhedrin in Jerusalem, Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz is a Chabad black hat. Supreme Court Justice and "traditional Catholic" Antonin Scalia is a Talmud student of Adin Steinsaltz. Steinsaltz has 'dialogued' at the Vatican on at least two occasions HERE and HERE. Chabad was endorsed by Cardinal Lustiger HERE.

Tamuz 5769 (July 2009), “Hakel” Year

In accordance with the writings of the Torah, which was given by the HOLY SUPREME KING OF KINGS, BLESSED BE HE, and which obligates all the Creation:

All humankind must fulfill the prohibitory ban of “DO NOT STEAL”, one of the SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS.

All leaders or nations that deny the right of The People of Israel to his Land or that try by words or deeds to prevent The People of Israel to settle and build any part of his entire Land, transgress on the above ban and thus delete the very essence from their right to existence.

The purpose of the nations of the world is to help The People of Israel in the accomplishment of its destiny, as expressed by the Prophet Isaiah (49, 23): “And kings shall be your foster fathers and their queens their nursing mothers”.

And this is precisely how they too will attain the merit to the true and complete Redemption by Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson Shlita, the Rebbe King Moshiach, now immediately “MAMASH”.

Does Bishop Fellay Actually Believe They Would Leave Us Alone?

SSPX Superior General Bp. Fellay recently gave another strange interview to an Italian newspaper HERE (English translation HERE).

The Orthodox [Judaic] Union has given an equally strange response:

Peace in Our Time

August 11, 2009

Bishop Bernard Fellay took direct aim at the Jewish community recently, urging us to leave Catholics "in peace." In particular, the head of the Society for St. Pius X asked Jews to stay out of intra-Catholic disputes, referencing two recent ones: the Tridentine Mass, or Good Friday Liturgy and the Bishop Williamson affair.

On the Mass, Bishop Fellay has a friend in the OU. We have long held Jews and Christians should not be in the business of telling one another what to believe or how to practice their own faith.

As for the affaire d'Williamson, this just doesn't pass any credible test: "red faced," smell or otherwise. This is no internal Church dispute, not least of which because the Bishop made the comments on Swedish TV. Bishop Williamson's public comments denying the Holocaust have nothing to do with Catholic liturgy, ritual or doctrine. They may or may not have anything to do with rank, base anti-Semitism. But without question, they are a denial of historical truth.

Friends can disagree. But friendship can't abide lies. Or as a good American Catholic, the late Senator Pat Moynihan liked to say, you're entitled to your own opinion, just not your own facts.

I wonder, how many will be gulled by this statement from the public affairs branch of the Orthodox Union? I'm not interested in what Judaic organizations want outsiders to think, which is what this PR statement is a part of. I'm interested in what they say among themselves. And in fact, we already know what the true policy (as opposed to the PR policy) of the Orthodox Union is, as it was alluded to by the Orthodox Union's Rabbi Yitzchok Adlerstein:
"There still is resistance to the new teachings in some traditional Catholic circles, still much work to be done to erase old ideas." (Rabbi Yitzchok Adlerstein, "The Catholic Church and the Jews," Cross-Currents, July 3, 2009) "The differences between accepted Church teaching and this group of Latin-speaking extremists are not subject to reconciliation.” (Rabbi Yitzchok Adlerstein, Wiesenthal Center, January 23, 2009)

And note that the Orthodox Union, like Bp. Fellay, categorizes 'The Holocaust' as a mere matter of "historical truth" here, when it's expedient to do so. Anyone who doubts that the rabbis of the Orthodox Union demand universal faith in their 'Holocaust' as the most sanctified and exalted theological event in history enforceable by harsh penalties must have recently fallen from a turnip cart. Once again, this is a public relations statement; hasbara; rabbinic lies, the kind that Bill Donahue falls for HERE. We're interested in the actual policy of the Orthodox Union. For that, read:

'Muslim Leader' Adnan Oktar, aka Harun Yahya Involved in 'Noahide' Fraud, Temple Movement

It's difficult to believe at this late date that any Muslim or Arab could believe that Zionists would be pacified if Solomon's Temple was rebuilt, but that is the message that the 'anti-Zionist' Adnan Oktar aka Harun Yahyah is now peddling.

Out of a sense of collective responsibility for world peace and for all humanity we have found it timely to call to the World and exclaim that there is a way out for all peoples. It is etched in a call to all humanity: We are all the sons of one father, the descendants of Adam, and all humanity is but a single family. Peace among Nations will be achieved through building the House of G-d, where all peoples will serve as foreseen by King Solomon in his prayers at the dedication of the First Holy Temple. Come let us love and respect one another, and love and honor and hold our heavenly Father in awe. Let us establish a house of prayer in His name in order to worship and serve Him together, for the sake of His great compassion. He surely does not want the blood of His creations spilled, but prefers love and peace among all mankind. We pray to the Almighty Creator, that you harken to our Call. Together - each according to his or her ability - we shall work towards the building of the House of Prayer for All Nations on the Temple Mount in peace and mutual understanding.
